Contact us within one day and we will make that change. Otherwise we are not responsible and you will not be eligible for a refund. So, please be careful when entering your address and other contact information.
If the product breaks within 10 days after receiving it, we will send you a return item slip and once we receive the item we'll send you another product. No refunds are possible after purchase.
Please send us a video or picture of the defect and if we deem acceptable, we will give you more information on where to ship it back so that we can send you another one.
